Our network of providers has the opportunity to more effectively coordinate patient care, which prevents unnecessary office visits and referrals. In addition, our urgent care network reduces costly emergency room visits that are incentivized to create hospital admissions and carry with them many unnecessary diagnostic tests.
CERTIFICATIONS
- We are an American Diabetes Association certified diabetes training center. We have the only private clinic to hold the certification in the state of Nevada.
- We are also a Medtronic Center of Excellence – this is an award given by Medtronic, the world leader in diabetic insulin pump and artificial pancrease therapy, to only 3 clinics a year in the USA. It is given for superior and innovative use of insulin pump therapy in patients.
- We are slated to be a Siemens Center of Excellence. Part of diabetes is wound care and vascular work. Our system and staff are in final stages for this prestigious award and distinction.
- The Network also utilizes a proprietary HIPPA-compliant automated disease timeline managing system that screens and monitors patients through their iphone and android cell phones or email and notifies healthcare providers of potential problems before they become a complication, ER visit or hospitalization.
